Return and Shipment
If you want to return one or more items, please follow this procedure within 7 days
from Delivery date:
Enter your www.bowdoo.com Account using the same Username (Email) and Password of you Bowdoo memebership.
In "your Account" section, click on "Your Order Chronology and Details"
Your Order display, click on to "Details"
Select the item you want to return or change, specify the reason of returning, and click on "Make a RMA Slip"
Your RMA apply will be checked and you will receive a Return-Acceptance Mail with a Return-Acceptance Code.
You can send the merchandise with TNT Courier to the Delivery Address specified on the Slip contained in the original package with the Waybill Number, wich has to be signed on the new one with our Return-Acceptance Code.

1. Return-shipment will be free in case of Size-Change or Item-Change.
2. Return-Shipment will be charged to the Customer in case of Refunded-Return. Return-Shipment cost is the same of the Delivery one, wich will be detracted from the final Refund when estimated.
3. Re-accredit will be on Costumer Card-Statementer after 30 days minimum-time from Refund-Date. This period of time might be slightly different, due to Bank and Card Networks of used Card. In case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfert Payment, please remember to insert in the 'Return Note-space' your IBAN number in order to receive your Refund.
4. Items returning has to be completed within 10 days from Return-Acceptance Mail date from our department.
BEFORE PROCEEDING TO THE RETURN-SHIPMENT, PLEASE MAKE SURE OF:
- presence of the Items barcode-tag
- Items have not to be worn, washed or altered.
- Items have to be returned complete of their original Labels, Label-tags, accessories and packaging previously received
- Return-Acceptance Code on Courier Waybill and on the package
